Here’s a little information about Mrs. Manning. This is my eleventh year teaching at Loretto. Before moving to Florida, I lived/taught in Rochester, Minnesota. I graduated from Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota with my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I later added ESOL to my certification. My husband is an Aviation Electronics Chief in the Navy and is currently in Biloxi, Mississippi . My husband and I have two precious girls. Our oldest, Hailey will be in first grade this fall and our other daughter, Olivia turned 3 in June. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, reading and spending time with friends and family. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your child in the coming days and weeks.
Here’s a little information about Ms. Khakpour. This is my thirteenth year teaching in which I have taught 10 years at Greenfield Elementary and two years at Hyde Grove Elementary. I was born and raised here in Jacksonville, Florida. I graduated with my Bachelors in Education, and hold a professional certificate in Elementary Education and ESOL endorsement. I am currently starting my Masters in Educational Leadership. I have two children that are Loretto Owls: Jude in second grade and Layla in fourth grade. I love Math and Science and I hope to inspire and challenge each one of our students to become creative thinkers, inventors, scientists and mathematicians! This is truly going to be a remarkable year!
